I'm supposed to have a really busy day today. Running, yoga, birthday party, and concert. But. I'm super sick! I hate this. No running or yoga for me today :( and most likely no birthday party :(. I am, however, going to the concert because I paid $50 for the ticket and I'm not letting that go to waste!
Like everyone does, I hate to be sick! It has, however, made eating the right things much easier!
I'm expecting a great loss this week! I'm pretty sure I will be at 50lbs lost! I'm so freaking excited for that milestone!
Even though you feel bad, you should still try the yoga. When I don't feel good I stretch and do some yoga poses, and it helps shorten the length of my cold. Anyways, I hope you feel better soon! :-(
